Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Policy offer Free Delivery for orders of 500 AED or more within the UAE. will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/ or weight limits or parcels by the courier/ postal company. The cardholder should be aware of possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the card holder’s monthly statement.

You acknowledge that delivery of the Products is subject to availability of the Product. will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Product to you within 3 working days delivery time-frame within UAE, but you acknowledge that while stock information on the Platform is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a Product may become unavailable between updates. If the delivery of your Product is delayed will inform you accordingly via e-mail or call and your Product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery whatsoever caused.

Return Policy strives to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as best gift shop, we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:

Item is not as advertised – Unused Conditioned, Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in the original packaging, not damaged and tags and labels attached. is not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are followed to our satisfaction and should the recipient or sender notify us within 1 day of the original delivery date. Should we agree to the return, the replacement Product will be delivering to your specified address. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.

2. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redeliver the order if this occurs. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date.

3. When has provided replacement Products or given the Customer a refund, the non-conforming Products or parts thereof shall become our property and upon request such Products or parts thereof should be shipped back to Enigma.

4. reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When receives an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided, we will send an email to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error.

5. Should any customer place an order through and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.

6. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery, or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when agent has tendered delivery of the Products.

7. In cases where the customer refuses to take possession of the product without sufficient cause or justification, or returns the item without sufficient cause or justification. will safely keep the item for a period of fifteen (5) days, reckoned from the date we receive the product from customer. After the lapse of such period, the product or item is deemed abandoned by customer, and we may dispose of the product or item. Notwithstanding the foregoing, will use its best efforts to return the product to the Customer within the time frame provided.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Shipment Policy

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1 to 2 business days to allow for processing time. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
